界线类偏瘤型与组织细胞样麻风误诊2例分析并文献复习

Misdiagnosis of Borderline Lepromatous and Histoid Leprosy:2 Cases Report and Literature Review

目的:了解麻风病的临床病理特点,期望减少误诊和漏诊。方法:对2例有慢性皮肤损害的患者活检组织做HE和抗酸染色,光镜观察。结果:病理检查见肉芽肿病变,组织细胞浸润,抗酸染色阳性,确诊麻风病。结论:对皮肤慢性红斑损害常规治疗无效者,或皮损镜下见泡沫状组织细胞弥漫或结节状浸润者,应高度警惕麻风病可能。

Objective ：To understand the clinical and pathological characteristics of leprosy with the expectation to reduce the misdiagnoses and missed diagnoses. Methods ：2 patients presented with some chronic lesions in the skin were examined by HE and acid-fast stains under light microscopy. Results： 2 cases were confirmed as leprosy by pathology with that pictures of granulomas,histiocytes infiltrates,and positive acid-fast stain. Conclusion：It will be considered to the possible diagnoses of leprosy while the therapy of chronic skin lesions is no effective, and histopathology shows granulomas with rich foamy cell diffuse or tuberculous infiltrate.
