侵染勿忘我花卉的蚕豆萎蔫病毒的鉴定

摘要 从勿忘我(Myosotissilvatica)上采集到1病株,接种昆诺阿藜,接种叶褪绿斑,系统顶枯,最后整株枯死。蚕豆接种叶呈黑色坏死斑,主茎变褐、全株萎蔫。矮牵牛接种叶褪绿斑,系统花叶。用诱捕修饰法制片,观察到病毒粒体球形,并在病毒粒体外面包被着一层抗体。 A kind of virus was isolated from infacted plant of Myosotis silvatica. This virus can infect 9 species plant including Leguminosae Solanaceae, Chenopodiaceae and Cucurbitaceae etc. by sap inoculation. The symptoms showed local chlorotic lesions and systemic top necrosis on chenopodium quinoa; black necrotic lesions of leaves, necrotic stripes of stem and wilt on Vicia faba; local chlorotic lesions and systemic mosaic on petunia hybrida. Virus particles are isometric, about 26 nm in diameter. In gel immunodiffusion test, the isolate is positive reacted to the antiserumagainst Broad bean wilt virus. So that the isolate was identified as BBWV.
