摘要
玉米膨化是通过高温、高压、高剪切的作用,使玉米淀粉糊化、蛋白质变性、脂肪细胞破裂,从而提高养分利用率,改善动物生产性能。本文概述了挤压膨化过程中玉米营养物质的变化以及膨化玉米对动物肠道发育和生产性能的影响,并对其作用机理进行了分析。
Extrusion technology can make coin starch gelatinizated,protein apomorphosised, and adipocyte disrupted by the effects of high temperature,high stress and high shearing force.The diets with extruded coin can increase the digestibilitfies of nutrients and improve the performance of animal.The article reviewed the nutrients change of extruded coin ,the effects of extruded coin on intestinal tract and growth performance.Furthermore ,the mechanism of improving performance was analyzed in this article.
