人工踝关节假体改进与临床进展(一)

摘要 随着人工踝关节运动载荷概念的援用、踝关节生物力学和运动学的深人研究,促进了人工踝关节的设计,促进临床疗效迅速提高。其疗效从第1代的3年生存率17%~32%、第2代的24%~44%提高至第3代的78%~96%。以STAR(Scadinavian total ankle replacement)假体为代表的第3代、3件套、双关节和半限制型的临床疗效在世界各国的大宗报告8~14年优良率为64%~91%,生存率为79.7%~100%,获得各国医生的广泛认可。
