股骨逆行髓内钉治疗股骨远端C型骨折的复位效果及围手术期安全性评价 被引量:5

摘要 股骨远端累及关节面骨折多为高能量损伤,治疗困难且易发生并发症,要达到满意的功能恢复,需要有稳固准确的复位固定及适当的功能操练。目前国内外常用的方法如动力髁螺钉、顺行或逆行髓内钉、锁定钢板等,各有其优缺点及相对的使用范围。Hartin等报告了一组应用角钢板和股骨逆行髓内钉(retrograde femoral nail,RFN)治疗股骨髁上骨折的比较,
