53例妊娠期糖尿病患者临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 53 Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病的预防措施．方法以吉林市妇产医院和丰满区妇幼保健院2004～2006年收治的妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）患者53例作为研究组，与同期112例非患者作为对照组进行分析．结果两组比较羊水过多、妊高症、早产、胎儿窘迫、巨大儿、剖宫产有显著意义（P〈0．05）．产后感染、酮症酸中毒、羊水过少、胎儿畸形、死胎无显著意义（P〉005）．结论提示GDM的母婴并发症明显增加．进行糖尿病筛查，及时发现妊娠期糖尿病，能较好控制血糖，加强围生期GDM孕妇的管理，可降低GDM母婴的并发症．

Objective To discuss the methods of prevention of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus（GDM）. Methods 53 cases with GDM from 2004 to 2006 in Maternity Hospital and MCH Hospital of Fengman District in Jilin City were compared with 112 cases in control group. Results There were significant difference between two groups in polyhydramnios, hypertension, premature, fetal distress and macrosomla as well as C-sect（P 〈 0.05）. There were no difference between infection, postpartum infection, ketoacidosis, oligohydramnios, fetal malformations and fetal death （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The complication of pregnant diabetes increased obviously. The detection of diabetes and control blood glucose, good management for pregnancy might decrease the complication.
