武术套路教学中攻防教学法应用研究

Application of Teaching Method Combining Offensive and Defensive Skills in Wushu Routine Courses

为了有效提高武术套路教学效果，运用实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等，将武术教学中攻防教学法与传统教学法进行对比研究，结果表明：攻防教学法的教学效果明显优于传统教学法．

To improve the teaching effect of wushu routine courses, this research combined the offensive and defensive skills in wushu teaching, and compared it with traditional teaching method by using the experiment, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics. The results showed the new teaching method combining offensive and defensive skills was superior to the traditional one in terms of teaching effect.
