浅析农村人力资源开发在建设现代农业中的作用

Effect of Development of Human Resources in Rural Area on Agricultural Modernization

本文简要介绍了现代农业的基本涵义;分析了我国农村人力资源现状,从科技水平、规模发展、管理体制,指出了农村人力资源面临的挑战;提出了必须发展农村职业教育,营造人才发展环境,培养优秀人才,加快现代化农业建设中农村人力资源及开发的对策。

Firstly,this study introduces briefly the basic implication of modem agriculture. Then,secondary analyses the current situation of development of human resources in China and point out the problems about the level of science and technology, scale of developing and management system in its development. On these bases,the authors bring forward countermeasures witch could promote the course of agricultural modernization by developing rural vocational education, building good environments for talented person and bringing up excellent people.
