农民主体地位视角下新农村信息化建设策略研究

Researching Tactics of Constructing New Village Informatization from View of Farmer Standing in Main Body Position

从理论上分析,新农村信息化建设的主体是农民,农民主体作用、政府主导作用之间构成了统一互动的关系。然而,就现实而言,在各种因素制约下,农民在农村信息化建设中的地位实际上却处于远远偏离主体地位的畸形状态,严重影响和制约了农村信息化建设进程。因此,必须从农民在新农村信息化建设中的主体定位出发,采取相应的对策,努力探索一条农民主体地位不断提升和新农村信息化建设有效推进的良性互动之路。

Theoretically analyzing, farmer is the main body of constructing new village informatization. Between farmer＇ s main body effect and governmental leading effect constitutes uniform and interactive relation. However,so far as reality is concemed,resla＇icted by various factor,farmer＇s position is really in abnormal state deflecting main body position in village informatizafion construction. The process of village informatization construction is affected and restricted gravely. Therefore,we must consider farmer＇s main body position in constructing new village informatization,suitably adopt countermeasure,and make great efforts to find a greatly interactive road to elevate farmer＇s main body position and push on new village informatization construction effectively.
