镁肥用量及施用方法对烤烟产量和品质的影响 被引量:17

摘要 研究了硫酸镁用量和施用方法对烤烟农艺性状、产量、化学成分和矿质营养元素含量的影响。结果表明,在试验中没有表现缺镁症状的情况下,增施硫酸镁对烟叶农艺性状和产量没有明显的影响;基施45~180 kg/hm2硫酸镁可以不同程度地显著提高烟叶上等烟比例、均价和产值,硫酸镁用量为180 kg/hm2效果最优;叶面喷施处理在烟叶上等烟比例、均价、产值上和对照无显著差异。施用硫酸镁会增加烟叶糖含量,同时有增加烟碱、降低总氮趋势,但并不存在线性相关关系。施用硫酸镁增加烟叶中镁、硼含量,降低烟叶钾、钙含量,但硫酸镁用量只与烟叶中镁、钙存在显著线性相关关系,对其他矿质元素无明显影响。 The effects of rate and method of magnesium sulfate application on the agronomy character,contents of mineral elements,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that there was no obvious variation in the agronomy character and yield of flue-cured tobacco by application of magnesium sulfate under no magnesium deficiency symptom. The proportion of superior leaf, average price and output value of flue-cured tobacco increased significantly in different levels with increasing rate of base-dressing magnesium sulfate,the best treatment was the preplant application 180 kg/hm2 magnesium sulfate. There were no obvious difference that of leaf-spraying magnesium sulfate than CK. Application of magnesium sulfate increased the content of water-solubility sugar and nicotine in tobacco leaves and declined that of total nitrogen. It enhanced the content of Mg and B,reduced that of K and Ca,had no obvious influences to the other mineral element. There were linear correlation only between rate of the preplant application magnesium sulfate and the content of Mg and Ca in tobacco leaves.
