摘要
采用雷诺应力模型,研究了在升气管发生倾斜的情况下旋风分离器的分离效率及其内部流场变化的情况,并与正常工况进行了对比。研究表明,升气管倾斜对分离效率有明显的影响,倾斜方向、倾斜角度不同对分离效率产生的影响也不同,随着倾斜角度的增大,虽然有时会出现分离效率的提高,但是总体的趋势是降低的。升气管倾斜对不同尺寸固体颗粒分离效率的影响也不同,被分离的固体颗粒越小,倾斜角度的影响越显著。
