换热器夹套式变截面导流筒数值模拟与结构优化 被引量:2

Numerical Simulation and Structural Optimization of Tapered Jacket-Type Flow Distributor in Heat Exchanger

摘要 采用计算流体力学方法对换热器夹套式变截面导流筒的流场进行数值模拟。通过对一系列不同结构参数的导流筒模型进行合理简化与计算,分析了不同结构参数对流场的影响,模拟结果可作为导流筒结构优化设计的参考依据。 The flow field in tapered jacket-type flow distributor in heat exchanger is simulated with computational fluid dynamics(CFD). The relation between flow field and structural parameters is obtained by simplification and calculation of tapered jacket-type flow distributor model under different structural parameters. And the result of the simulation is available to the structure optimization of tapered jacket-type flow distributor.
