旋转真空干燥机内封头失效分析

摘要 对某投入使用6 a的旋转真空干燥机出现裂纹的原因进行了裂纹宏观分析、材料化学分析、金相组织分析及扫描电镜能谱分析。结果表明,破裂属于沿晶应力腐蚀,引起应力腐蚀的介质是夹套内锅炉给水中的Cl-,而应力来自环向工作应力、冷加工残余应力和焊接产生的残余应力。 The crack in chemical factory in and SEM energy s corrosion, the reed outer layer,and th ing failure 2000, was cause of analyzed some revolute vacuum driers,which were put into service by macro pectrum analysis, it is concluded ium which caused the stress co analysis that the rrosl e stress was from the hoop working ing and the residual stress generated chemica cracking l analysis, metallurgical phase was the intercrystalline stress on was CI from the boiler feed water in stress,the residual stress from cold workwelding technology.
