基于标杆理论的大学生思想教育模式——“伟人教育”

当前,我们的教育工作者似乎对思想各异、个性各异、行为各异的大学生思想教育一筹莫展。一味地说教,空洞的理论说服、填鸭式的灌输似乎对大学生思想内化和提升并没有带来多大益处。基于此,笔者提出一种新的大学生思想标杆教育模式——"伟人教育",并阐述其内涵、价值以及实施法则。

Presently, our educator can not find out a way to the university student Ideological education for their each different thought, different individuality and different behavior. It seems not to bring any benefit from promotion of the university student thought by blindly theorizing, thinly theory persuading and spoon - feeding. Based on those problems, the author proposes one kind of new model education pattern for university student ideological education-- ＂giant education＂, and tries to elucidate its connotation, the value as well as the implemental principle.
