小针刀对兔骨折愈合影响的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨小针刀对骨折愈合的影响及其作用机制。方法取健康日本大耳白兔72只,造模后随机分为实验组、空白对照组及干扰电流治疗组;实验组于术后第3天开始小针刀刺激骨折断端,每周2次;空白组不做任何治疗;干扰电疗组于术后第1天开始每天行电刺激治疗。术后7、14、28、42 d行常规X线摄片和组织学检查。结果从X线片、组织学检查显示,小针刀治疗组的骨痂形成速度、骨愈合成熟程度均优于空白对照组,但与干扰电疗组无明显差异。结论小针刀治疗可促进兔骨折愈合。 Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of small-needle-knife therapy for fracture coalescence. Methods Seventy-two rabbits were randomly divided into three groups as follows:experimental group, stimulating the broken end of the fracture by small-needle-knife at 3rd day after operation, two times a week; the control group accepted no treatment,and the electro-therapy group, electro-stimulating begin at 1st day after operation, one time a day. X- ray films and histological examination were made at 7th, 14th, 28th and 42nd day after operation. Results Both histological and X-ray examinations showed that the velocity of callus formation and qualities of healing process in the experimental group were significantly better than these in control group, and were not obvious difference compared with electro-therapy group. Conclusion The therapy of small-needle-knife can promote fracture coalescence in rabbits.
