摘要 继续教育是高等教育体系的重要组成部分,发展继续教育是对传统教育体制和教育模式的拓展与补充;因此,不断探索继续教育的独特属性就显得尤其重要;理清继续教育发展模式这一概念有助于我们更有效地解决继续教育在组织、运行中存在的困惑。本文在详细分析国内及国外对继续教育发展模式研究的现状和基础上,提出继续教育发展模式主要由"战略定位、管理体制、运行机制、教育质量评估体系"这四个要素构成。 Continuing education is one of the most important parts of higher education and is the supplement of traditional education. Therefore, it is very important for us to explore the unique character of continuing education constantly. Only by fully understanding the meaning of the development model of continuing education, can we solve the organizational and functional puzzlements existing in the continuing education. This article is based on the analysis of research relevant to the development model of continuing education home and abroad and puts forward that the development model of continuing education consists of the following four factors: strategic orientation, administrative system, functional mechanism, quality assessment system of education.
