Incentive measures play a very special role in classroom teaching for adult education. The characteristics of adult students determine the varieties of classroom incentive measures. The application of incentive measures mainly include several aspects such as benefit incentive, hot-issue incentive, .management incentive, model incentive, etc. Teachers or instructors should attach much attention or importance to the factors or conditions for developing creative functions, and try their best to take effective measures in different teaching steps to guide or encourage students to be fully involved in classroom activities.
