摘要
随着计算机集成制造系统的深入发展,加工中心在线检测已成为CIMS中集成质量系统的关键环节。介绍了基于PC机的加工中心在线检测系统组成。在检测信号处理上,引入中值模糊滤波器,并在此基础上,构造了由中值模糊滤波器与一阶递推滤波器组成的组合滤波器,实现了对信号的去噪处理,提高了测量精度。通过实验数据的处理对检测系统进行了分析和验证。
With the development of computer integrated manufacturing system, machining center on-line inspection has become key links of integrated quality system in CIMS. Based on PC, machining center on-line inspection system is introduced. To process signal, a median fuzzy filter is described. On this, a combined filter of median fuzzy filter with one phrase recurrence filter is built. The filter can remove both white Gaussian and impulsive noise, improving the measurement accuracy. The inspection system is verified by process of experimental data.
