客车车身结构强度分析

Analysis on Strength of Bus Body

以某国产客车车身为研究对象,建立客车车身三维模型,运用有限元分析方法对其分别进行了弯曲工况和扭转工况下的车身骨架强度计算分析。在有限元分析的基础上进行了实车的电测试验,对比表明,试验结果与有限元分析结果基本吻合。

This paper takes a domestic bus body as the research object,establish bus body three-dimensional model,and proceed body frame strength calculation and analysis under the status of bending and torsion separately by using finite element analysis method.On the basis of the finite element analysis,electromotive tests are processed.On the contrast of the two results,they are approximately identical.
