应用振动ODS方法分析汽车动力总成振动

Analysis on Vibration of Vehicle Powertrain by Using ODS Method

介绍了振动ODS分析方法的基本原理,该方法可用于识别结构动态工况下的振动特性。针对某六缸发动机半挂牵引车,应用振动ODS方法分析了该动力总成的振动特性,并通过模态试验验证了振动ODS分析结果的正确性。同时分析了该车动力总成振动大的原因,并提出了改进措施。

This paper introduces basic theory of ODS analysis method,and this method can be used to identify the vibration characteristics of the structure in the condition of dynamic operation.Aiming at a tractor with six cylinder engine, the vibration characteristics of powertrain are analyzed by using ODS method,the correctness of ODS analysis is validated through modal test.The cause of strong vibration of the powertrain is also analyzed in this paper,and measures of improvement are presented.
