摘要
结合虚拟仪器、发动机电子控制技术开发了电控汽油机故障模拟试验系统。介绍了该系统的组成及设计方法。该试验系统利用虚拟仪器技术实现了传感器信号的实时采集和显示控制,并可对电控汽油机主要传感器信号进行故障模拟。该试验系统经使用表明,其功能达到了预期设计要求。
The fault simulation experiment system for the electronic control gasoline engine is developed,combined with virtual instrument and engine electronic control technique,introducing the components of the system and the design method.The experiment system can realize the real-time data acquisition and display the signals of sensors by utilizing virtual instrument technology,and can simulate the particular fault of the electronic control engine's main sensors.The conclusion shows that the function of the system achieves the design demand.
