摘要
个人持股比例、前期业绩作为授权的前因因素还没有得到充分的重视。本文通过对私营企业研究课题组2002年、2004年调查数据的分析,发现私营企业的规模越大或组织正式化程度越高,私营企业主越倾向于授权;前期组织业绩越好,会更倾向于集权的方式;个人持股比例越高(其他高管和主要技术人员持股比例越低)也会更倾向于集权。另外,个人的文化程度越高,越会倾向于授权。本文说明了私营企业主在经营业绩越好的时候,越趋向于风险回避,从而相对来说,授权的意愿更小,这些结论对于理解私营企业中高层内部权力结构动态性及其影响因素具有较大价值。
Proportion of individual shareholding and past performance as factors affecting delegation have not been recognized enough. Through analysis of survey data by Private Enterprise Research Project Group in 2002 and 2004, this paper finds that while size becomes larger or organization is more formal, private entrepreneurs will be apt to delegate. The better the past performance, the more centralized the entrepreneurs. The higher the proportion of shareholding of entrepreneurs （or, the lower the proportion of shareholding of other top managers and main technicians） , the more centralized the entrepreneurs. Besides, when entrepreneurs have higher education degree, they will be inclined to delegate. This illuminates that when enterprise performance is better than ever, entrepreneurs will be risk-averse, thus they will be less to delegate. These conclusions have some values in understanding power structure of top management team in private enterprise and the factors which affect delegation.
