高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作队伍的主体,是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。而辅导员的认识倾向、思维方式及工作方法如何,从某种意义上决定着教育的效果和辅导员工作的质量。因此,高校辅导员在工作过程中应该学会辨证思维,正确处理各种矛盾的关系,对症下药,辨证施治,才能取得满意的教育效果。

College instructor is the main staff doing ideological and political work in college. But the instructor＇s understanding, thinking and working method to some extent decide the education result. Therefore, the college instructor should deal with contradictions correctly and take corresponding method to obtain good education result.
