摘要
通过对我院300名在校大学生连续7天膳食状况调查,调查结果表明:能量摄入基本平衡,但女生的能量摄入不足;能量来源比例失调;三餐能量分配不尽合理。
By diet survey on 300 students of our college,the result of survey indicates that energy intake is of balance basically, but energy intake of female student is not enough,the proportion of energy source is maladjustment and the energy distribution of three meals is without reason.
