摘要
提出并制定了平面四拐小曲轴锻造成形工艺,针对曲轴模锻的成形过程,全程数值模拟研究了曲轴的弯曲、预锻、终锻工步,并给出了成形过程中需采用的工艺参数值。
The forging formation process of small crankshaft with four-bending on flat has been represented and prepared. For the die forging formation course of crankshaft, the whole numerical simulation studies the crankshaft work step of bending, preforging, finish forging, furthermore the process parameter value which should be adopted during the formation course also has been offered.
