摘要 针对大截面34CrNi3Mo叶轮调质热处理过程中常出现的强度偏低和生产厂家复检强度不合格问题进行分析和研究,提出了水淬、油冷,用户取样端朝上装炉等改进措施并应用于实际生产中,结果表明该工艺方案明显改善了工件热处理质量,降低了产品返修率。 Tbe issues, the intensity on the low side and the unqualified intensity after rechecked by manufacturer, which are often appeared in the quenching and tempering process for big section 34CrNi3Mo impeller have been analyzed and researebed. And the improving measures of water quenching, oil cooling and sampling end loading upward have been represented and applied into the actual production, and its result is that this process has obviously improved the heat treatment quality of workpieee and decreased the product overhauling ratio.
