摘要
文中针对焦化行业的发展趋势及国家先后颁布的一系列政策,对《焦化行业准入条件》中某些条款存在的不足进行了深入的思考与分析。将《焦化行业准入条件》存在的一些问题提出来与有关方面的专家进行商榷,并对这些问题提出了个人的修订意见。
Against the development tendency of the coking industry and a series of policy issued by the sate earlier or late, this paper conducts deep consideration and analysis on some insufficient clauses in ＂Admittance condition of coking industry＂. Some problems existed in ＂Admittance condition of coking in- dustry＂ is raised to discuss with experts in the field concerned and my personal revision opinion is against these issues.
