摘要
西安旅游产业在资源的开发与建设上缺乏统一性,不经济现象较为突出,保护不力,旅游产品结构不够合理,服务质量较差,缺乏"大市场、大旅游"的经营理念,旅游产业集群效能难以发挥。做强西安旅游产业须优化西安地区旅游系统空间结构,发挥集群效能,实施多元化旅游产品战略,实行制度创新,进一步深化旅游体制改革,建立旅游效应评价体系。
There are problems in developing and constructing Xi'an tourist industry such as expensive cost, lack of protection, unreasonable tourist product structure, weak service awareness, as well as lack of micromanagement concept of big market, big tourism. Such countermeasures can be taken as optimizing space structure of Xi'an tourist system, implementing diversified tourist product strategy, intensifying tourist system innovation and establishing tourist effect evaluation system.
