摘要
从历史的视角考察新中国法制建设发展的基本情况,可以总结出其发展历程可分为法制的初创、法制的曲折发展、法制的恢复重建、法制的全面发展和从"法制"到"法治"的跃迁五个时期,这一发展历程可以对我们今天的社会主义法制建设有一定的借鉴意义。
Legal institutions development of China experiences five stages： establishment, complicated development, reconstruction, overall development as well as leap from legal system to rule by law. An analysis of the development course of Chinese legal system is of great significance to the current socialist legal institutions construction.
