摘要
通过对消费者的信息收集在产品开发过程中的重要性的分析,阐述了消费者信息在整个产品开发运作中的影响,指出了现行产品开发模式的不合理性,提出了让消费者参与产品开发的思想模式,进一步讨论并设计了利用信息网络实现这一模式的两大途径,并对其进行优劣分析。
Through analyzing the importance of consumer information collection during the new product development, this paper expounds the consumer information's influences on the product development. It points out the irrationality of the present product development model, and proposes a new model with consumer's participation. Two methods are designed to utilize the information net to realize the new model and show their advantages and disadvantages respectively.
