摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法,对我国优秀女子跳高运动员运动训练进行分析,旨在找出训练中存在的问题,为提高我国优秀女子跳高训练水平提供参考。
An analysis on the training of the outstanding female high-jumpers is conducted by means of literature and questionale so as to locate the problems existing in their training. It may provide a reference for the improvement of the training of the female high-jumpers.
