试论高职生就业基地的建设与多功能开发

On Construction of the Employment Base for Higher Vocational College Students and the Development of Its Multiple Functions

高职生就业基地的建设具有重大的现实价值,既满足了企业对人才的要求,又促进了高职教育的可持续发展。应大力进行高职生就业基地的多功能开发,把就业基地演化成学校教学改革的实验基地、双师型教师的培训基地、兼职教师队伍的培养基地、学生技能培养的实训基地和多方共同发展的资源共享基地。

The construction of employment base in higher vocational colleges is of great significance. Not only it meets the needs of enterprises for talents ,but also prompts the sustainable development of higher vocational education. The employment base can be transformed into an experiment base for teaching reform,a training base for double qualified teachers and part-time teachers,a training base for students to practice their skills and a base where all resources can be shared for the development of all parties. Through this way the multiple functions of the employment base can be realized.
