近年来,昭通市昭阳区处于发案率高,人民内部矛盾凸显,治安热点和群体性事件不断增多的时期,维护社会稳定和治安秩序的任务十分艰巨而繁重。力争经过三年时间的努力,建立和完善社会治安"八大"防控体系。
