随着刑事犯罪活动的发展变化和信息技术的快速发展,犯罪分子具备越来越强的反侦查能力,加之客观条件的制约,足迹在很多犯罪现场中的作用正在减弱。但在内盗案件的侦查中,只要我们改变思维方式,足迹的作用将会在判明案件性质、甄别犯罪痕迹、查找犯罪嫌疑人等方面得到充分体现。

Along with the variation of crimes and fast development of information technology, the criminals have gained the ability of counter - reconnaissance gradually. Together with the limitation on some objective conditions, the importance of footprint at locales has been weakened. But in investigation on the larceny committed by insider, if we can convert our view point, the function of footprints will be well displayed in judging the nature of case, distinguish the criminal traces, locking the suspects and so on.
