活血化瘀法治疗脑出血急性期的研究进展

Progress in the Treatment of Apoplexy at Acute Stage with Activating Blood to Remove Blood Stasis

文章阐述了活血化瘀法治疗脑出血急性期的理论研究进展,实验研究现状,以及此法在临床的具体应用情况。着重介绍了中药注射剂,如复方丹参注射液、血栓通注射剂、水蛭注射液及中药复方的研究情况。研究显示:活血化瘀中药对脑出血急性期有很好的疗效,既可止血,又可活血,具有双向和多向调节作用,从而消除血肿,改善组织缺血缺氧等,提高疗效。

The paper expounded theoretic study progress, experimental study status and concrete clinical application in the treatment of apoplexy at acute stage with activating blood to remove blood stasis. The Chinese drug injections were introduced as the important, such as compound danshen injection, Xuesaitong injection; Shuizhi injection and Chinese compound drugs. The studies showed that Chinese drugs of activating blood to remove blood stasis had a therapeutic effect to apoplexy at acute stage, these were able to stop bleeding, and also able to activate blood, regulate bidirection and much directions for eliminating haematoma and improving ischemia and anoxaemia.
