浮选脱墨槽中浆料流动特性对脱墨效果的影响

摘要 对脱墨浆在主动进气式浮选脱墨槽中的流动特性及不同流动状态时的脱墨效果进行了研究。研究结果表明,脱墨浆悬浮液的流动具有分区域特性,浆流、气流是造成这种分区域性流动的直接原因,不同流动状态条件下的脱墨效果及脱墨效果的稳定性不同。当浆流流速为3.2m/s、空气比率为25%时,脱墨浆的可浮选性较好;当浆流流速为3.2m/s、空气比率为35%时,脱墨效果最佳。 Flow characteristics of DIP and related flotation efficiencies were investigated in a flotation deinking cell where an aeration system with pressurized air supply was installed. The experimental results showed that the flow state of the pulp has the property of regional distribution. The flows of stock and air are the direct cause of this kind of flow characteristics. Therefore, flotation efficiency and the stability of flotation efficiency are different from different flow states. There is a relative good floatability when pulp flow reaches 3.2m/s and air ratio is 25%. The best flotation efficiency is achieved when pulp flow keeps 3.2m/s and air ratio reaches 35 %.
