摘要
利用原子力显微镜(AFM)对几种较具代表性的纸浆纤维表面进行了分析。分析结果表明,棉纤维及桦木KP、桉木CTMP、云杉TMP等纤维在表面形貌及表面化学组成上存在较大区别,这是造成这些纤维的结合力以及纤维与化学添加剂之间结合能力各不相同的重要原因。
Atomic force microscopy (AFM) has been increasingly used in surface characterization of fiber morphology and chemistry due to its superior properties. Several typical pulp fibers were investigated by AFM in this paper. The results showed that there are significant differences in surface morphology and chemistry among the cotton fiber, kraft pulp fiber, chem-ithermomechanical pulp fiber and thermomechanical pulp fiber. This is the important reason which causes their different fiber bonding capability and fiber-additives bonding capability.
