摘要
研究了在蔗、芒混合浆中浓打浆过程中,磨片齿高对打浆效果的影响,如打浆过程中纸浆物理强度和打浆电耗的变化。实验表明,随着磨片齿高的降低,打浆后成浆的物理强度性能指标呈下降趋势,而打浆电耗却增加显著。
The effect of disc abrasion on the strength index of refined pulp and refining energy consumption was studied in this paper. The strength index of the refined pulp decreased in some extent, as the bar height decreased. On the other hand refining energy consumption increased when the disc was abraded.
