摘要 CARMA1、BCL10和MALT1是NF-κB信号传导通路中重要的3种信号蛋白分子,也是淋巴细胞特异性的传导分子。这些信号分子的异常与多种淋巴瘤的发生有重要联系。本文综述了这些信号分子的生理和各种病理异常与不同类型淋巴瘤的发生机制的联系,以及目前对淋巴瘤靶向治疗的思路。 CARMA1, BCL10 and MALT1 are lymphocyte-specific signaling molecules of NF-κB pathway.The abnormalities of those molecules such as gene mutation, rearrangement, translocation or amplification often connect with the lymphoma genesis. This article reviewed the physiological function of those molecules and the relationship between genetic abnormalities and lymphoma genesis, also with present target-treatment research and new gene medicine development.
