螺旋机作为一种输送设备在矿山、水泥、粮食和造纸等行业中已得到了广泛的应用,一般适用于输送粉状、粒状的物料。在木片厂中,由于场地的限制,输送木片也会用到螺旋机。因木片的流动性比较差,使用螺旋机输送木片,其结构特点与输送其他物料的螺旋机有所不同,如果采用同一结构形式,就会出现送料不畅和堵料等现象,影响生产的正常进行。分析螺旋机在输送木片中的一些结构特点。

The screw transporter machine has been widely used in mine, cement, food, paper and other industries, generally used for transmission of materials of powdery and granular, but sometimes the dried plants subjected to the limited venues, the screw transporter machine will use the transportation of the wood chips, because of less liquidity of the wood chips, therefore, the structural characteristics of the screw transporter machine used to transportation of the wood chips is somewhat different with the transportation of other materials, if using the same structure, there will be feed impeded, blocking materials and adversely affect normal production. This paper mainly deals with structure analysis of the screw transporter machine of the wood transportation.
