肝脏螺旋CT扫描技术回顾性研究

摘要 目的:规范肝脏螺旋CT扫描技术参数,降低扫描的随意性、主观性,达到诊断的准确性。材料与方法:采用岛津7800TX螺旋CT扫描机,扫描以不同层厚,层距和重建间距。结果:肝脏平扫,管电压120kv,管电流为250mA,层厚和层距分为5mm。重建间距为2.5mm,螺距为1,距阵为512×512放大区域包括肝脏大小为准,强化扫描,对比剂量以1.5ml/kg,注射速率为2.5ml/s,在注射开始后20s和70s对全肝进行扫描可获得满意的动脉期和静脉期图像。结论:灵活运用螺旋CT扫描技术参数对肝脏疾病的诊断具有重要价值。 Regulate liver CT scanning parameters, reducing the arbitrariness of scanning, subjectivity, an the accuracy of diagnosis. Materials and Methods: Achieved using shimadzu 7800 TX spiral CT scanner, scanning in different thickness, interval, spacing and reconstruction. Results: Liver scan, the tube voltage of 120kv, the tube of current 250mA, thickness and is divided into 5mm spacing for the reconstruction of 2.5mm. pitch = 1, for a huge array of 512 × 512 large size region, includin the liver prevail. Enhanced scan, as compared to a dose 1.5ml/kg, injection rate of 2.5ml/s, After injection of 20' s and 70' s in the whole liver scanning will be satisfied with the phase A and phase V images. Conclusian: Flexibility in the use of spiral CT scanning technology parameters of the diagnosis of liver diseases is of great avlue.
