The Implementation of Remote Control and Sensing System Based on Inmarsat-Mini C

In this paper, we introduced an unmanned auto monitoring system for remote control and data transferring using the mobile satellite Inmarsat--Mini C method. The main contents are as fellows： introduction of the Inmarsat--Mini C system, the configuration and work--flow of the remote control system, Mini C operations used in the remote control system and the communication between the system and the Mini C terminal.
