摘要
能源短缺问题严重制约了我国沿海地区和海岛的经济发展和人民生活水平的提高。文中分析和评价了国内海洋能研究与开发的经验,提出了我国海洋能发展思路及政策建议。
Based on the facts of a shortage of energy sources, which has highly restricted the economic development and people＇ s living improvement in coastal area and islands, The research and development of the oceanic energy were analyzed and evaluated internal, and some policy suggestions on the oceanic energy use in China were brought forward.
