摘要
分析了绝热情况下真空制冷过程中的传热传质机理,建立了真空制冷的数学模型,推导了液体温度随时间的变化函数,预测了液体温度随时间的变化趋势.在理论计算基础上,对所建立的模型进行了实验验证,情况表明,二者非常吻合.
The mechanism of vacuum cooling was analyzed in the case of insulation. A simple mathematical model of the vacuum cooling process was developed to predict a temperature evolution and the variations of temperature during the process of vacuum cooling. Experimental system of vacuum cooling is set up to test and verify the model. The results showed the predicted temperature variations date well. agreed with the experimental
