CES(Cranial electrotherapy stimulation), as a technology developed in recent years, was applied to athletes to cope with stress in clinical, The purpose of this study was to tell whether CES would help athletes to cope with pre-competition stress, bad sleep and mental fatigue. Sixteen archers were divided randomly into experimental group and control group and some indexes of EEG were used to evaluate the effects of CES. The results of quantitative analysis showed that there was significant difference between experimental group and control group which had used CES for three weeks in the ratio of post-stimulation to ex-stimulation on power spectrum of occipital, and there was also significant difference in synchrony by qualitative analysis. There was no significant difference in other indexes of EEG.
