“生态体育”教学模式在高校体育教学中的构建与应用

Construction of ecological sports teaching mode in P.E teaching in colleges and universities

运用问卷调查、对比实验等研究方法,从理论与实践上探讨"生态体育"教学模式在高校体育教学中的应用。结果表明:"生态体育"教学模式打破了传统体育课的束缚,将人、体育与大自然和谐地融为一体,对促进大学生身心健康,培养大学生的体育意识有显著效果,为高校体育教学改革开拓了新的途径。

The application of ecological sports teaching mode in P. E teaching in colleges and universities was discussed in theory and practice by using methods of questionnaire,investigation, comparing and experiment. The results showed that ecology sports＇ teaching mode broke through the restraints of traditional P.E course, integrated human, sports and nature, promoted the physical and mental health of college students,raised the sports consciousness of college students, and developed a new way for college sports education reform.
