通过对变频协调控制技术在锅炉引风变频系统改造项目中的实际应用案例,阐述了变频协调控制技术的实现机理、功能及特点。从全新的角度,诠释了高压变频在系统应用中不对DCS和现场控制逻辑改造,即可实现节能应用的一种新方法。

Based on an actual application case of coordinated control of variable frequency in retrofit of boiler ID fan system,the paper presented the implement mechanism,function and characteristics of coordinated control technology of variable frequency. Starting from a new aspect ,it explained a new way to realize energy saving without retrofitting DCS and control logic at site in the application of high voltage frequency conversion.
