摘要
我国现有法律模式在解决遗弃宠物行为时可能遭遇四种困境;解决这四种困境有三条思路;第一条思路在我国当前的法律框架内最经济。
According to Chinas current laws, four difficult situations can be met when a pet is abandoned and there are three methods for solving these four difficulties, the first method is the most economical in current China＇s law framework.
