摘要
本研究应用甲基化酶温育,H掺入法检测33例肝癌手术标本各部位粘膜组织细胞总基因组DNA甲基化情况,与21例胃癌的相应改变比较,发现两种消化系肿瘤都有甲基化水平降低,分别与各自的病理学改变有关。
The degree of total genomic DNA methylation by incubating DNA with 3H-Sadenosylmethionine (3H-SAM) in the presence of methylase, and the pathological changes were studied in 21 cases of advanced gastric cancer and 33 hepatocellular carcinoma. The results show that the degree of total genomic DNA methylation in cancerous tissue was significantly lower than that in normal(gastric or hepatic)and paracancerous tissues (P<0. 05). It is suggested that the alteration of total genomic DNA methylation in cancer cells of both gastric and hepatocellular cancer is related with the pathology of these cancers.
