不同环糊精衍生物毛细管气相色谱柱对卤代甲苯位置异构体的分离

Separation of Toluene Halide Isomers on Different Capillary Gas Chromato-graphic Columns with β-Cyclodextrin Derivatives as Stationary Phase

采用3种环糊精衍生物(全甲基β-环糊精;2,3-二-O-乙酰基-6-O-叔丁基二甲基硅烷基-β-环糊精;2,3-二-O-苄基-6-O-叔丁基二甲基硅烷基-β-环糊精)作固定相,研制了3根毛细管色谱柱。考察了柱效和柱极性等柱性能,比较了它们对卤代甲苯异构体的色谱分离效果。结果表明2,3-二-O-乙酰基-6-O-叔丁基二甲基硅烷基-β-环糊精毛细管气相色谱柱对氯甲苯异构体和溴甲苯异构体均有很好的分离性能。

Three custom-made capillary gas chromatographic columns were prepared using three β-cyclodextrin derivatives（permethylated β-cyclodextrin,2,3-di-O-acetyl-6-O-tert-butydimethysilyl-β-cyclodextrin,and 2,3-di-O-benzyl-6-O-tert-butydimethysilyl-β-cyclodextrin） as stationary phases.The column performance and polarities were discussed,and the separation efficiencies of toluene halide isomers by the three columns were compared.The results showed that the 2,3-di-O-acetyl-6-O-tert-butydimethysilyl-β-cyclodextrin column had good selectivity for chlorotoluene isomers and bromotoluene isomers.
